You will choose a delivery window when placing your order. Your delivery will arrive at your home during this time frame.

Your meals will be hard frozen overnight prior to your delivery day and will remain cold during the delivery window. 

Your meals will be packaged in our standard plastic zip top bags and aluminum pans. Orders will then be packed into recyclable plastic bags.

Once your order is picked up and during your delivery window, please reach out to your driver with any issues.
